15 day returns and refunds, no questions asked. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it and receive a refund, replacement or credit for next purchases.

The shipping of our products is free, included in the price displayed.

How does the shipping process look like? 

When the payment is cleared, we take 3-8 business days to get a product from our military supplier. Then, the product is inspected by our EU team and shipped to you within 2-3 business days. The package with your order will reach you in another 3-7 business days (FedEx International Economy). In total, 8-19 business days. If there are any delays, caused by any factor, we will keep you informed all the time. 

Some products on our website are labeled "Available Right Away". These products will be shipped to you within 48 hours of payment.

We do our best to meet your expectations. 

However, sometimes we order things that just aren't exactly what we were looking for. So if you get the product and decide that it’s not what you imagined it to be, please make contact with us within 15 days of receiving it and let us know. We can refund your money, replace the product with another one from our offer or give you a credit for your next purchases in our store. Bear in mind that the return process will take a long time due to the long distances of transatlantic transport. Between 2 and 4 weeks. Also, we will have to deduct the costs of transatlantic shipping, duties, and fees that we paid during the import process of goods to you. We strongly advise responsible purchases.
